This Privacy Policy describes how Fit Clash ("Fit Clash," "we," "us," or "our") accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Fit Clash mobile application and related services.

We may use trusted service providers to operate infrastructure, authentication, communications, or other functionality necessary to provide Fit Clash. We retain account information and fitness information stored by Fit Clash while your account remains active and for as long as the information is reasonably necessary to provide the features and services you use.
If you delete your Fit Clash account or submit a valid request for deletion, personal information and health or fitness information associated with your account will be deleted or de-identified from our active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, or necessary to resolve a security or legal matter.
Residual copies may temporarily remain within encrypted system backups for up to 90 days before being deleted through our normal backup rotation process.
Revoking Fit Clash's permission to access Health Connect or Apple Health prevents future access to that data. Information previously transmitted to Fit Clash may remain associated with your account until it is deleted through Fit Clash or you request deletion.
You control whether Fit Clash can access health and fitness information. You may revoke or modify permissions at any time through the health and privacy settings on your device.
Android users can manage Fit Clash's access through Health Connect. Apple users can manage Fit Clash's permissions through Apple Health and the Health settings on their device.
Revoking permission stops Fit Clash from accessing additional health information from that source.
You may request deletion of your Fit Clash account and associated personal information, including health and fitness information.

When an account is deleted, information associated with the account will be handled according to the retention practices described in Section 7 of this Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Information transmitted between the Fit Clash application and our servers is transmitted using encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures designed to protect the information entrusted to us.
Fit Clash may use third-party services for functionality such as authentication, application infrastructure, notifications, or diagnostics.
If you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider, such as Apple or Google, we may receive information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, or unique authentication identifier.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements with Fit Clash.
Fit Clash is not intended to knowingly collect personal or health information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child where parental consent was legally required but not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account.
